RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through rivabu.com. By placing an order on rivabu.com, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include the original invoice/receipt

  • Include all accessories, if applicable

  • Be in resellable condition

For hygiene and personal care products (such as underwear, cosmetics, or similar items), returns cannot be accepted once the packaging has been opened, unless required by law.


4. Return Process

  2. You will receive return approval and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the product using the designated carrier.

  4. Once received, the product will be inspected.

  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.


5. Refunds

  • Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the provided bank account (IBAN).

rivabu.com is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by rivabu.com.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated).

  • For defective or damaged products, return shipping costs will be covered by rivabu.com.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
